Product tour
One system, from first send to closed reply.
Here's every module that makes up HitnReply: how they fit together, and what each one is actually doing behind the scenes.
Sending infrastructure
Connected accounts, each with their own health.
Add every Gmail or Google Workspace inbox you send from. Each one tracks its own reply rate, bounce rate, and volume sent, so you can see exactly which accounts are healthy and which need a rest.
Set a weekly limit per account, choose Static for a fixed cap or Increasing to scale a new domain up gradually. HitnReply spreads the actual sends across the workweek on its own, randomized so nothing looks automated.
29 / 35 sent this week
Sequence builder
Sequences that test themselves and follow up on their own.
A five-step wizard takes you from sequence name to a live sequence: name it, choose which connected accounts will send it, import leads, write your content, then set the timing.
Add multiple subject lines and body variants to A/B test your angle, insert {First_Name} and {Company_Name} merge fields with one click, and define how many follow-ups go out and how many days apart, all inside a timezone-aware sending window.
Lead management
Bring your list in however it already lives.
Drag in a CSV and get a live preview before anything is imported: fix a bad email or a missing name right in the table. Or connect a Google Sheet once and let it sync automatically as you add new rows.
Every lead carries a status through the pipeline (new, used, replied, bounced) so you always know who's already been reached and who's still waiting.
Replies
Every conversation, beside the sequence that started it.
Track each reply against the lead and the sequence it belongs to, tag it by stage, and keep a busy pipeline readable without a spreadsheet on the side.
HitnReply asks Google for one permission: to send email as you. It does not read, search, download or delete anything in your mailbox, so replies arrive in your own inbox exactly as they always have and you record the outcome here. Pulling replies in automatically would need a different Google permission, and it is not part of HitnReply today.
Organization
Pipeline tags keep a busy inbox scannable.
Label threads by sequence, stage, or however your team already talks about leads. Filter the inbox down to just what needs a reply right now, and yes, non-Latin text works everywhere in the platform, tags included.
Reporting
A clear read on every sequence, at every stage.
See volume sent, delivery completion, reply rate, and how many follow-ups are still queued, plus a full audit trail down to individual sends, so you can always answer "what did we actually say to this lead?"
